You can pay your purchase in the following way:

– VISA or MASTERCARD

YAMA MALVA´s web site is responsible for all the transactions made with credit cards.

Delivery time and shipping costs

We will inform you the shipping costs at the time you confirm your purchase.

These may vary depending on the destination and the size and weight of the package.
The packages weigh between 1 and 2 kg, depending on the bag you bought.
The delivery times for Peninsular Spain are between 1 and 3 working days. For the
rest of destinations between 3 and 5 working days.
We will send you an email with the necessary information so that you can track your
order once we have received the order and processed the payment.
For your information the shipping costs are

Peninsular Spain: free of charge

Baleares: € 11
Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra: € 19
European Community: € 25

For changes or returns

Kindly address to info@yamamalva.com indicating reason for change or return.
The return period is 30 days following receipt of the product.
The articles must not be used and with their original packaging.
The amount of the refund will be paid in the same way in which the payment was
made and once the item has been received in our warehouse and verified that it is in
perfect condition.
The refund ́s time depends on the bank.
YAMA MALVA won ́t accept collect freight for returned items.
