Shipping Costs and Delivery Time
For your information, shipping costs are as follows:
Mainland Spain: €10
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: €15
Europe: €20
USA: €30
Costs vary depending on the destination, as well as the size and weight of the package. Packages weigh between 1 and 2 kg, depending on the item you have purchased. The delivery time for Mainland Spain is between 1 and 3 business days. For other destinations, delivery is between 3 and 5 business days. We will send you an email with the necessary information to track your order once we have received it and the payment has been processed.
If you wish to make a change or return, please contact us by email at info@yamamalva.com, indicating the reason for the change or return. The return period is 30 days from the receipt of the product. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The amount of the refund will be credited in the same manner as the payment was made, once the item has been received at our warehouse and confirmed to be in perfect condition. The processing time for the refunded amount depends on the banking institution. Returns with postage due will not be accepted.
Minors
We do not sell products to minors.
